About Us
The Irish Society of Veterinary Dermatology (ISVD) is dedicated to supporting veterinary professionals with a practical interest in dermatology. Our aim is to provide high-quality, evidence-based continuing professional development (CPD) that is accessible, relevant, and directly applicable to first-opinion practice.
Through engaging lectures, case-based discussions, and expert-led events, we strive to empower veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses, and students with the confidence and skills to diagnose and manage dermatological cases in everyday clinical practice. ISVD fosters a collaborative learning environment and welcomes all members of the veterinary team with an interest in improving dermatology care for their patients.
